Candidates must be professional chefs
Candidates must have the Canadian Citizenship when applying for the National Selection
Candidates must be at least 23 years old on January 25th, 2027 (born before January 25th, 2004)

Candidates must be professional pastry Chefs
You need to apply as a duo: one Chef will be the chocolate Master, the other will be the sugar specialist
At least one of the two Chefs must have the Canadian Citizenship
